I wrote Billy The Bullseye Butt Bull because I love my girls, and because I always wanted to say that I am a published author. I’m a published author, not a very famous one, but published.

Below are a few items of interest.

The first is a Empowerment Excel Workbook / PDF (self help resource).  Can’t remember why or how I developed this, but it seems to have been helpful.  I created it in 2003. I have deleted all of the personal information, entered a few tips, and the rest is up to you.

The second are three papers I wrote in 1995 for a Law and Society class. I may have forgotten a lot of what I did in college, but the concepts seemed to have stuck with me.

The third is a proposal for a Grants Management Certificate program for Santa Barbara County’s Employees’ University.  It has an auto date feature, but was actually created in March of 2002.
